4058 was a production Metrocar built by Metro-Cammell at Washwood Heath, Birmingham.

Oddly 4058 had new door buttons installed before its doors were repainted from blue with the yellow Metro M triangles to fully yellow to be DDA compliant at the time and LED displays and door window surrounds installed instead of all the slight modification being done at the same time.
