4074 was a production Metrocar built by Metro-Cammell at Washwood Heath, Birmingham.
Oddly 4074 had its DDA compliance updated by having its doors repainted from red with the yellow Metro M triangle to fully yellow and door window surrounds installed before it had new door buttons and LED displays installed instead of all the slight modification being done at the same time.
