4014 was a production Metrocar built by Metro-Cammell at Washwood Heath, Birmingham.

Oddly when 4014 had its DDA compliance updated by having its doors repainted from red with the yellow Metro M triangle to fully yellow it had the repaint and new door buttons installed before the LED displays and door window surrounds instead of all the slight modification being done at the same time.
