4066 was a production Metrocar built by Metro-Cammell at Washwood Heath, Birmingham.
Oddly 4066 had its DDA compliance updated by having its doors repainted from blue with the yellow Metro M triangle to fully yellow and new door buttons installed before it had door window surrounds and LED displays installed instead of all the slight modification being done at the same time.
