4065 was a production Metrocar built by Metro-Cammell at Washwood Heath, Birmingham.

4065 used to be named Dame Catherine Cookson with a specialised yellow, red and blue plaque on each side of the A car but it lost its name when it was being sent away for refurbishment at Doncaster.
